Droewors
Droewors, or as we call them, Beersticks, is a tasty snack crafted from prime cuts of meat, seasoned and dried. This savoury treat is similar to Biltong, but it's prepared in a slightly different way. While both Biltong and Droewors are dried meat products, the main difference between the two lies in the process. Droewors involves mincing the meat and filling it into thin casings creating a unique texture that's absolutely irresistible.
What are droewors made of?
Our Droewors are made from 100% British Beef, seasoned and dried. Droewors are made from beef that has been minced and filled into thin casings and is then dried.
Why are droewors also called Beersticks?
They are popularly enjoyed with beer, hence the adopted nickname here at The Weston Biltong Company!
