British Silverside (240g of British Beef per 100g of Biltong), Biltong Spice (Salt, Coriander, Sugar, Pepper, Potassium Sorbate E202), Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Salt & Vinegar seasoning: Salt (70%), Sodium Diacetate (E262) & Anti Caking Agent.
Guide to Fat Levels
Our Biltong comes in a range of different fat levels. Normally, our standard bags are at "Some Fat" levels, but on select products, we allow for the selection of fat levels for deeper customisation of your order. Here is a quick guide to fat levels available:
Lean - The lowest amount of fat version available. It will contain natural levels of fat but will be very low compared to some fat and fatty versions.
Some Fat - Contains a higher fat content to that of Lean and will be visible on some pieces. Our Most popular version.
Fatty - Now this one will contains a lot of fat and is very visible. If you love fatty Biltong this is definitely the one for you!
