Biltong is at OktoberFest and Stone Food Festival!

Well its been another massive weekend for us with two events on for three days, we had our regular slot at Stone Food Festival which again didn't disappoint in any way at. Its one of our local events with it been just 20 mins down the road from us so we saw lots of our regular customer coming to get there Biltong Fix from us.  What we find is that our customer love the fact we have a massive selection of flavours with anything from Sweet, Savoury and Spicy a  little something for everyone. We even had a suggestion of Lemon Pepper Flavour Biltong something they used to have back in SA, so we may just have to look into this one. Our best seller at this one was our Chilli Bites and not just the normal regular heat but the seriously hot Reaper Chilli Ones as well, it looks like we are getting a real following for not just our Biltong but our stunning range of Chilli Bites as well.

It was also our first time at the Shropshire Oktoberfest this weekend seeing us serving up a lot of meaty treats from Friday until Sunday. Really glad we jumped on to this event this time as our Biltong was a perfect match with the all the free flowing beer that was on offer, some did say that "Oh Beer and Biltong" the perfect combination and we really do agree with that.

The biggest news of the week is that is has been Mrs Biltong's Birthday this week and we treated her a full day off and a cheeky trip to Chester for a few treats and pampering  so it 21 again for the Boss.

So what's on offer this week for us well its back to picking up a small mountain of the best British beef that you can find and turning in to some of the finest Biltong you can find anywhere will keep you guessing just how much a week we are working our magic on but lets just say its a lot more than we ever thought we would.
